Senior Management

Robin Raina, the Company's Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, was elected a director of the Company in February 2000. Robin joined Ebix in October 1997 as Vice President - Professional Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President - Sales and Marketing in February 1998.

He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in December 1998, then President effective August 2, 1999 and Chief Executive Officer effective September 23, 1999. Robin was named Chairman of the Board effective May 31, 2002.

Prior to joining Ebix, from 1990 to 1997, Robin held senior management positions for Mindware/BPR serving in Asia and North America. While employed by Mindware/BPR, an international technology consulting firm, Robin was responsible for managing projects for multinational corporations, including setting up offshore laboratories, building intranets, managing service bureaus and support centers, providing custom programming, and year 2000 conversions. Robin holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Thapar University in Punjab, India.


 
Effective October 22, 2007, Mr. Robert Kerris has joined Ebix, Inc. as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. As the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting Officer, Robert is responsible for all financial reporting and related internal disclosure controls. In addition, he oversees Ebix’s financial planning and treasury functions, and is directly involved in the execution of the Company’s acquisition strategy.

Before joining Ebix, Mr. Kerris was Chief Financial Officer at Aelera Corporation. Previously he was a financial vice president at Equifax, Inc. and held senior financial management positions at Interland, AT&T, BellSouth, and Northern Telecom. His competencies include SEC reporting and compliance, equity and debt financing, treasury management, revenue assurance, organizational development, business performance analysis, and the application of technical accounting standards.

Mr. Kerris is a certified public accountant and an honors graduate from North Carolina State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Economics.

 
Graham is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree. He has been involved in the Insurance Software industry since 1990 and joined Ebix in 1997 when Ebix acquired 'Complete Broking Systems Ltd.'

Graham has been closely involved in establishing Ebix as an important supplier of Insurance application software and services throughout the Asia Pacific Region, Europe and the Middle East.

 
After joining the IT industry in 1977, Leon has worked in technical, sales and management positions for a number of major computer companies. Since 1981 he has specialised in developing and marketing solutions for the insurance industry with special focus on the insurance intermediary market. This culminated in 1992 with the establishment of Complete Broking Systems Ltd. (now Ebix Australia). As a founding Director Leon oversees the marketing effort which has established Ebix as the leading supplier of insurance intermediary solutions in the Asia Pacific region.
 

Christine has worked in the insurance industry for the past 26 years in a variety of capacities. Prior to the acquisition of Infinity Systems Consulting, Inc. by Ebix, Inc. in 2006, Chris served as the CEO of Infinity Systems Consulting, Inc., where she managed a variety of large implementation projects for the property casualty industry over the past 14 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Columbia University. Chris is a Fellow in the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and former Board member and Chapter President of the National Association of Accountants. Additionally, Chris is the author of the Audit and Accounting Guide for Life and Health Insurance Entities, published by the AICPA Insurance Industry Committee and Life Audit Guide Task Force.

 
As division head of one of Ebix’s largest operations, Dan Delity fulfills the critical role of strategic oversight and industry relations for EbixExchange, Ebix’s US life insurance and annuity Straight Through Processing provider.

Dan’s 30 year’s of experience in the financial services and technology sectors well-serves EbixExchange through Dan’s direction for product development, industry relations, and sales efforts with annuity and life manufacturers and distributors. In addition to advancing the quality of support operations, Dan is also a chief proponent of the expanding systems integration currently underway with EbixExchange’s SaaS technology capabilities.

Prior EbixExchange, Dan served in top executive roles for several firms supplying internet-based transaction and information technology to banks, annuity manufacturers, mutual fund, mortgage, and life insurance companies. Dan also founded First Institutional Marketing, Inc. (FIMI), one of the largest third-party marketers of annuity and life insurance products to the banking industry in the United States. Dan continues to hold a Group I Annuity & Life Insurance license and Series 7 Securities license.

 
Jim has more than 25 years of programming, analytical and management experience. He began his career with ECCO Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in the design, development and implementation of turnkey software solutions for government and industry. ECCO entered into a joint venture with a TPA in 1989 and Acclamation Systems (ASI) was born. Jim led the company’s advanced technology team and was one of the creators of the LuminX benefits management system. In 2000, he became CEO. Jim is a graduate of the Institute of Computer Management in Pittsburgh, an active alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, and is currently enrolled in the OPM Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
 
Steve has worked in the insurance industry for the past 35 years. Prior to the acquisition of Peak Performance by Ebix in 2009, Steve served as the CEO of Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. where he successfully managed product development and implementations of various P&C and Risk Management solutions. Prior to Peak Perfromance, Steve served as the CEO of Bridium. Steve was President, Founder and CEO of ecDataFlow before its merger with Bridium. He has been co-founder of Regents Electronic Commerce in 1997, Director of EDS Insurance Services Division, CIO for Willis Corroon and COO of the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation. Steve has been the founder of the Worker's Compensation Reporting Services in a joint venture with EDS and IVANS.

Steve is active with multiple trade associations, states and committees dealing with healthcare and Worker's Compensation. He served on the Kentucky Assigned Risk Pool Board. The State of Ohio under his model supported with electronic commerce technology and other evolving technologies.

 
Andy is B Com ACA from Auckland University (1981).
Andy Worked in Chartered Accounting, Investment Banking and Insurance Underwriting before joining Ebix in 1997. He is a Member of the New Zealand Society of Chartered Accountants.
 
Tony Wisniewski has been employed in the insurance & computer software industries for over 20 years. His insurance experience includes working in both broking and insurer offices. Since 1990, Tony has specialised in providing software and consulting services to the insurance broking and Underwriting Agency market in New Zealand. He has been working with the Ebix group for over 10 years.
